Promuteul Beauce-Etchemin Extension
Location: Beauceville, Quebec
A challenging project that provides the Beauce region with an esthetically appealing building that is environmentally sound and consistent with the principles of sustainable development. The extension involved adding a new story and a roof-top garden on the existing roof, and installing a geothermal heating and air conditioning system with ventilator units in individual rooms to optimize energy efficiency and enhance comfort. The illumination of the building was a finishing touch to highlight its exceptionally successful design.
