Charles-E.-Rochette Building
Location: Quebec City, Quebec
In this design-build project, the developers paid special attention to preserving the building's architectural features and historical value. Roche and its partners were awarded a certificate of appreciation by the City of Quebec for the renovation of the building in the "Renovation/restoration of commercial and industrial buildings" category.
