Marie Letellier Appointed Vice-President of Human Resources

Quebec City, March 5, 2012 – Mario W. Martel, President and CEO of Roche Ltd, Consulting Group announced Marie Letellier’s appointment as Vice-President of Human Resources.  +

“Ms. Letellier will be in charge of strategically planning the recruitment, loyalty-building, retention and development of our human resources, thus helping the company reach its business and growth objectives, particularly internationally”, said Mario W. Martel.

An experienced, results-oriented manager, Ms. Letellier has held upper management positions in a number of companies that are leaders in their respective fields. She has namely worked in such varied sectors as aeronautics, tourism and manufacturing. Bombardier, CAE, SICO and Groupe Le Massif, among others, have benefited from her team leader experience. Letellier was general manager of the St. Lawrence Shipoperators until very recently

Ms. Letellier has an M.A. from McGill University.

Roche Announces Acquisition of Seamar Engineering

Quebec City, January 31, 2012 — Roche Ltd, Consulting Group (“Roche”) and Seamar Engineering (“Seamar”) have agreed to Roche’s acquisition of a majority stake in the French firm. +


Founded in 1991, Seamar is an independent consulting engineering firm based in the Bordeaux region of France. Its twenty-some professionals are specialized in a wide range of disciplines pertaining to coastal and port development. The team’s expertise extends to the construction and rehabilitation of marine and inland waterway infrastructures, such as trading ports, container or petroleum terminals, fishing ports and coastal protection, among others. Since its foundation, Seamar has carried out various projects of all sizes in over 25 countries throughout four continents.

“This acquisition will complete and consolidate Roche’s marine engineering expertise and the comprehensive management of complete port infrastructure projects; internationally, but also in national projects, such as those foreseen under the Plan Nord,” said Mario W. Martel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Roche.
